Allen has more than 17 years of real estate experience, having spent his early career in European fund management before joining Global Student Accommodation and leading acquisitions of £1bn of student accommodation across the UK and Europe. Since joining Colliers in 2021 as the head of operational capital markets, Allen has grown his team rapidly and now advises a range of investors and developers on transactions, joint ventures and operations predominantly across student accommodation, build-to-rent and co-living. Allen is a champion of diversity & inclusion, playing a key role in the Colliers Balance in Business steering group, and he is also the chair of Pathways to Property.
