Mantle is ADP’s executive director and education lead. She has led a number of award-winning schemes and is passionate about sharing lessons learned and best practice. As part of her role within the executive leadership team, she oversees the practice’s sector specialisms. She also developed a bespoke SBE (Sustainability, Belonging and Engagement) assessment tool for ADP, which helps teams to plan and measure the social and environmental impact of projects.
