Travis is head of the Manchester office of Tritax Symmetry, the logistics development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT, a FTSE 250 company. He has over 16 years’ experience in full-cycle property development, acquisition, strategic land promotion, property regeneration and asset/investment management across all major real estate asset classes. Over the past few years he has led the delivery of some of the largest property development and regeneration schemes throughout the UK. Prior to joining Tritax Symmetry, Travis held roles with Harworth Group, Hargreaves Land, HS2 and Town Centre Securities.
