Handjiiska is a client director at Climate X, working with real estate, asset managers and global banks. Her career started in EG’s commercial real estate data division and since then she has dedicated her time to solving problems with climate change data for key sectors. Sustainability and climate risk are the focus of her interests. Outside of work, Handjiiska’s background is in professional dance and yoga, and she serves as a wellness champion for Climate X.

Oliver Maury

Partner and head of development advisory, Montagu Evans

Maury is a partner and heads up Montagu Evans’ development advisory team, where he focuses on devising and implementing delivery strategies in relation to complex residential-led regeneration schemes across London and the South East. From scheme inception through to delivery, he advises public and private sector clients on promoting and delivering public private partnership projects, as well as on developments directly led by local authorities and other government agencies. Maury has run a number of OJEU/FTS-compliant developer partner procurement processes involving a range of delivery structures, from traditional partnering contracts through to contractual joint ventures and full corporate joint ventures.

Neale is the head of research & strategic insight at Montagu Evans, providing market analysis, social and economic insight and strategic advice to support the full spectrum of the partnership’s clients. With almost 20 years’ experience in real estate research and strategy, he applies his skills to a variety of challenges across the full range of real estate sectors and geographies. This ranges from working on questions around specific sites, buildings or portfolios to analysing wider socio-economic trends and their impacts on specific sectors. Neale has carried out projects for many key players in the UK industry, including British Land, Brookfield, Hammerson and Lendlease, and is a regular commentator on real estate issues in the press and at conferences and other events

Dr Navjit Sagoo

Science engagement & climate scientist, Climate X

Sagoo manages the science engagement and communication for Climate X. She is a skilled communicator with a passion for education and knowledge transfer. She previously worked internationally for 15 years as a climate scientist, developing a knack for bringing diverse scientists together to work on interdisciplinary problems. Her work has been published in world-leading journals and cited in the fifth and sixth International Panel on Climate Change reports.
