Crockett joined Savills in 2022 as a director in the operational capital markets division, providing advisory services across the residential investment and development spectrum. Prior to joining Savills, he spent 15 years in fund management roles on commercial real estate portfolios before setting up a UK residential investment business in 2014, growing residential assets under management to £1.3bn and advising on multiple change of use strategies across the commercial mandates. Crockett brings a client perspective to his role, alongside a wealth of operational knowledge. He uses this to assist development clients to refine their schemes and to ensure institutional clients access the highest-quality opportunities.

Anne Johnstone

Head of ESG, Vita Energi

Johnstone is an experienced ESG professional with more than 20 years’ experience in environmental and sustainability consultancy, with a particular focus on the built environment. She has held positions in leading environmental and building consultancies andran her own business supporting real estate funds through the implementation of ESG and net zero strategies before recently joining Vital Energi as head of ESG. 

Barry McKeown

Partner & head of Glasgow office,  Shoosmiths

Barry heads up Shoosmiths’ Glasgow office and is an experienced real estate lawyer with a broad spectrum of expertise, with a particular focus on the commercial development and investment markets, residential development and housebuilding (including market-leading BTR) and also renewable energy. He has acted for developers, landowners (both in the private and public sector), funders and investors with a key emphasis on complex development arrangements, including conditional contracts, option arrangements, joint ventures, leasing, property finance arrangements and lending, as well as tax efficient property structures and vehicles.

Monaghan is responsible for leading RSM’s corporate audit portfolio in Edinburgh and ensuring a high-quality audit service. She represents clients in the professional practice, infrastructure, manufacturing, food & drink and retail sectors. Monaghan focuses on understanding the challenges faced by her clients, as well as their future plans in order to provide a tailored service. Monaghan also acts for a number of UK subsidiaries with international parent companies and is responsible for overseeing the group audit reporting.
