Rofcanin holds a PhD in management studies from the University of Warwick Business School. He is currently a professor of organisational behaviour and human resource management at the University of Bath School of Management, and is also a director of the Future of Work Research Centre. His research aligns with the topical areas of flexible and new ways of working, proactive employee behaviours, job crafting and the future of workplaces.
