Cross has nearly two decades experience in major commercial retrofit and regeneration schemes and has led large-scale workspace projects, including the reinvention of the former Woolworths HQ on Marylebone Road and the refurbishment and reimagination of the Heal’s building in London. He is skilled in the complexities of repurposing challenging assets into sustainable workplaces which prioritise user experience. With a postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from UCL, Cross is also passionate about design, brand, and creating genuine and authentic spaces.
