Joyce is Haringey Council’s director of Placemaking & Housing. With more than 20 years’ placemaking experience, he’s passionate about creating spaces and places where people can lead happy and healthy lives. Joyce leads a multi award-winning housing delivery team that is on track to build 3,000 council homes by 2031, with 2,000 homes already under way or completed. He’s also responsible for the council’s housing and property portfolio, including a stock of 21,000 council homes and a wide range of commercial and community properties. His placemaking team has reframed how regeneration takes place in Haringey, putting the community at the heart of any local change through co-production and co-design.
