Cripps is a partner at Knight Frank. She joined Knight Frank in 2008 and works in its central London office agency department, specialising in the West End market. She is currently involved in a variety of disposal and development instructions across all West End submarkets, where she is acting as a key adviser to some of the industry’s most respected institutional landlords and developers. Current key instructions that fall outside of her Grosvenor remit include The Adelphi, 5 St James’s Square, 119 Farringdon Road and 20 Farringdon Street.
