Sacks is deputy chief executive (growth) for the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership between Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council. She has responsibility for growth which includes place, infrastructure, economic growth, skills and inward investment. Developing key relationships with businesses, private and public sector partners is an integral part of her role, ensuring opportunities within the SELCP geography are shared widely and the potential for collaboration to deliver growth is collectively understood. Sacks is also the lead chief officer on the Town Deal and Levelling Up funds and wider funding streams across the three authorities.
