Housam joined Savills in 2012 and is now an associate director in the Leeds planning team with a wealth of experience in advising public and private sector clients. She is an experienced planner with particular involvement in residential and mixed-use developments across urban and rural locations. Housam is involved in all aspects of the planning process, from strategic land promotion, to advising on the immediate development prospects of land and the production of complex planning applications. Housam also sits on the Savills CIL working group, the Savills Education working group and the Savills retirement living working group as a northern representative.
