Rowley is director of flex workspaces for GPE, a FTSE 250 REIT specialising in investment and development of property in central London. He has been responsible for implementing and executing leasing strategies and campaigns across the group’s developments, including major prelets to Facebook, KKR and Clifford Chance. He is now leading the group’s ambition to grow its fully managed spaces to 1m sq ft in central London.
